The Buyer shall inspect the Products immediately upon receipt and shall notify Aria Fashion Accessories within 3 days of delivery if the Products are damaged or do not comply with any of the Purchase details.
Aria Fashion Accessories will accept Product returns and provide you with an exchange or refund only where;
the product is faulty or is not of merchantable quality, or
the product is not fit for its intended purpose.
If your product is damaged in transit, please contact us immediately via our email address so that we may pursue the situation immediately.
Products to be returned must clearly show the order/invoice number obtained from Aria Fashion Accessories on the package.
Where returned Products are found to be damaged due to the Buyer’s fault, the Buyer will be liable for the cost of remedying such damage.
No Refunds Are Given, Exchange Only
If you wish to exchange an item because you have changed your mind about your purchase, Aria Fashion Accessories will offer you an exchange provided that;
you notify Aria Fashion Accessories within 3 days of delivery your wish to exchange
the item is in re-saleable condition
the item is unworn and in its original condition and packaging, and
that a prepaid postage envelope/package which is addressed is provided with your Purchase for subsequent return to you.
Overseas Purchases are made at the Buyer’s risk. Aria Fashion Accessories will not accept responsibility for overseas orders lost and/or damaged in transit but will however pursue the case with the Courier/ Freighters.
